We focus exclusively on residential pools — no commercial accounts, no rotating crews. Same experienced technician, same thorough service, every visit. Florida's heat is relentless. Our standards are too.
We price by your pool's actual size — not a one-size-fits-all tier. At $0.01 per gallon per month, most homeowners in Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and Sarasota pay between $120 and $165. Not sure of your gallons? We'll measure it free at your first visit.
Weekly chemical service for standalone spas and hot tubs. Same testing, balancing, and photo confirmation — just spa-focused.
Already have a weekly pool plan? We simply add your spa's gallons to your pool's total and price the whole system together at our standard per-gallon rate — no separate add-on fee.

The “before” photo is what a previous pool company left one of our clients with. It took just one to two visits to bring it back to crystal clear, and with consistent weekly care, it’s stayed that way ever since.

📞 (941) 312-1199Whether you're up north for the season or you own a rental property here, Florida's heat doesn't wait for you to check in. We keep the pool right every week and send proof — so you always know exactly what a tenant, guest, or your own home looks like, without needing to be there.
Simple: $0.01 per gallon, per month. If your pool holds 14,000 gallons, your monthly rate is $140. If it holds 10,000 gallons, you pay $100. Every pool has a $100 minimum and a $190 maximum — so no matter how large your pool is, you'll never pay more than $190/month for weekly full service.
Most homeowners don't — and that's fine. We'll measure your pool on the first visit and calculate the exact volume for you. All you need to know is your pool exists. We'll handle the rest.
Yes. Standard chemicals — chlorine, pH adjusters, alkalinity, and stabilizer — are included in your monthly rate. If a specialty treatment is ever needed (like a phosphate remover or algaecide), we'll let you know before adding it and confirm the cost first.
Not at all. Most of our clients aren't home during their service visit — that's the whole point. We access the pool area through the gate, do the full service, and send you a photo when we're done so you can see your clean pool from wherever you are. One thing we do ask: if you have pets, please make sure they are secured and away from the pool and yard area before your scheduled service day. It keeps your pets safe and lets us do our best work.
After every single visit, we send you a photo of your pool. Not a text saying "we were there" — an actual photo of your clean, clear water. You'll see it within minutes of us leaving, every week, without having to ask.
Yes. For pools with an attached or adjacent spa, we simply add the spa's gallons to your pool's total and price the combined system at our standard $0.01/gallon rate — no separate add-on fee. For standalone spas and hot tubs with no pool, we offer dedicated weekly spa chemical service at $50/month — same photo confirmation, same weekly visit.
No contracts. We earn your business week after week. If you ever want to pause or stop service, just give us 30 days notice — no penalties, no hassle, no hard feelings.
We’d love nothing more than to become the pool cleaner every family in Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton & Sarasota recommends to their neighbor. If you’ve been happy with our service, a Google review is one of the kindest ways you can support a neighbor’s small business and help make that happen.
